Since I'm currently between clubs right now, and I would hate for any of my loyal clients to lose any progress, I will post a series of workouts that you can perform on your own until I figure my situation out.
Workout #1:
4 rounds:
400m run (or 3min on TM or other piece of cardio equipment)
15 Pullups (hanging rows if you can't pullup)
15 Box Jumps (step-ups if you can't jump)
15 Burpees (mountain climbers if you can't burpee)
Workout #2:
As Many Rounds in 20min:
6 Pushups
9 Swings
12 Jumping Pullups (holding bar entire time)
Workout #3:
21/18/15/12 reps:
Push Press (65# for men, 35# for women, or pick an appropriate weight)
Back Extension (supermans if you haven't done back extensions yet)
Knees to Elbows (just get your knees as high as you can, situps if you can't hang)
Dips (Jump to support if you can't dip, bench dips if you can't jump to support)
Deadlift (squat with medicine ball or weight between legs if you can't deadlift)
